ISEP Member vs Non-Member Registration
We offer two registration rates: ISEP Member and Non-Member.
For academic/professional attendees, the non-member rate is $80 higher (ISEP annual dues are $80).
For students, the non-member rate is $24 higher (ISEP student annual dues are $24).

Student registration rates are available to individuals who are enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at the time of the conference. Proof of student status may be requested during registration or on-site check-in.
Registration closes on June 15, 2026. On-site registration will not be available.
Liability
The Congress Organizers cannot accept liability for injuries or losses arising from accidents or other situations during or as a consequence of attending the Congress. In addition, the Congress Secretariat is not liable for presentation cancellations or session delays that are beyond their reasonable control.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing at the ICPA 2026 Congress Secretariat's address by May 20th, 2026, will be accepted, and all fees will be refunded, less a 150 USD administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after May 20th, 2026, will not be refunded. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.
Visa & Travel Infomation
International participants attending ICPA 2026 in Omaha, Nebraska, USA, are responsible for meeting U.S. entry requirements. Attendees should consult their nearest U.S. embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate visa type and application process. Participants who require a visa are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Upon request, the conference organizers can provide an official invitation letter after registration.
Omaha is served by Eppley Airfield (OMA), with connections through major U.S. hub airports. Ground transportation to downtown Omaha includes taxis, ride-share services, and shuttles. Additional details on local and conference-arranged transportation will be shared closer to the event.

We strongly recommend booking accommodations early, as hotel availability in Omaha becomes limited in the summer due to multiple large-scale events.
